MedInnovations Journal is a fully open access journal. All articles are made available online immediately after publication, without any embargo period.

Readers have free and unrestricted access to the full text of all published articles. Access to the journal does not require subscription, payment, institutional access, or registration.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and reuse the published content, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the original source.

Authors retain copyright of their articles.

The journal does not charge readers any fees for access to published content.
